TrackImpact ("We") offers a license for TrackImpact, an AI-powered tool. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for TrackImpact licenses.

General Refund Policy

Exceptions

TrackImpact may consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

Bugs or Errors in TrackImpact

If you experience a demonstrable bug or error significantly impacting TrackImpact's functionality, a refund may be granted.

To request a refund based on a bug or error:

1. Schedule a call with our support team by contacting support@trackimpact.io.
2. During the call, demonstrate the issue to our support team.
3. This information helps us address the problem and improve our service.

Please Note

• This policy allows TrackImpact to investigate and resolve potential issues, ensuring our products and services remain at the highest standard.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Subscription Cancellation

There is no minimum term. You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account, and you won't be charged for any later billing period.

• Free trials: if you cancel during a free trial (for example, the 30-day Teams trial), you are not charged anything.
• Teams subscriptions (monthly or annual): your team keeps access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We don't refund part-periods.
• Individual monthly plans: your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing month. We don't refund part-months.
• Individual annual plans: your subscription ends straight away and we refund the remaining full months of your annual payment.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Pro-Rata Refund Example

If you cancel an individual annual plan ($100/year) after 5 months, you would receive a refund for the remaining 7 months: 7 × $8.33 = $58.31.
