Frequently asked questions

No. Individual and team accounts are separate. Users on a team subscription are managed and billed through the team. If a user already has an individual subscription, they cannot be invited to a team.
Their access is revoked immediately and their seat is freed. Their profile data is preserved — if you re-enable them later, they pick up where they left off. Stripe credits the unused seat to your next invoice.
No. Each member's profile is private. Admins can see that profiles exist (name, creation date) but not their content. Members cannot see any other members.
Yes. Inviting a new member automatically adds a seat to your subscription. The charge is prorated to the rest of your billing cycle.
Stripe retries automatically. If payment ultimately fails, all team members lose access until the payment is resolved. You'll receive email notifications at each retry attempt.
